They provide temperature control for a variety of sample containers including the Low Form 600 ml Beaker specified for viscometer calibration. Easy viewing of set point and control temperature to 0.1oC Coarse and fine control of set point adjustment Adjustable High Temperature/Liquid Level Safety Cutout All immersed parts of stainless steel construction - no corrosion, easy cleaing Continuous cooling over entire temperature range (TC-500) Built-in cooling coils for tap water (TC-100 & TC-200) Continuous duty pump/bath agitator gives excellent temperature stability Multiple height positions for locating samples in the working area (TC-200 & TC-500); two additional positions for beakers in the TC-200 Temperature stability ±0.03oC Tubing included Model TC-100 TC-100 holds one 600 ml Low Form Griffin Beaker and circulates up to 9 liters/minute to an external water jacket. For use with the Brookfield Small Sample Adapter, UL Adapter™, DIN adapter accessories, Wells-Brookfield Cone/Plate Viscometer/Rheometer. External cooling via tap water or TC-350 cooler is required for any temperature set point under 40oC. Temperature control range using tap water is 2oC over tap water temperature up to 130oC. Model TC-200 TC-200 holds up to three 600 ml Low Form Griffin Beakers and circulates up to 7 liters/minute to an external water jacket. For use with the Brookfield Small Sample Adapter, UL Adapter™, DIN adapter accessories, Wells-Brookfield Cone/Plate Viscometer/Rheometer. External cooling via tap water or TC-350 cooler is required for any temperature set point under 40 oC. Temperature control range using tap water is 2oC over tap water temperature up to 130oC. Model TC-500 The TC-500 is a refrigerated bath requiring no external cooling. The TC-500 will hold one beaker (up to 1 liter capacity) and includes external circulation to water jackets. For use with the Brookfield Small Sample Adapter, UL Adapter™, DIN adapter accessories, Wells-Brookfield Cone/Plate Viscometer/Rheometer). The temperature range is -10oC to 130oC. Model TC-350 The TC-350 Cooler is used with TC-100 or TC-200 bath to provide cooling where use of tap water is inappropriate or impossible. The TC-350 allows the baths to be used at temperatures as low as -10oC. The cooler is connected to the TC-100 or TC-200 circulating ports such that bath liquid is pumped through the TC-350 and cooled. When used with a water jacket (Brookfield Small Sample Adapter, UL Adapter™, DIN adapter accessories, Wells-Brookfield Cone/Plate, Viscometer/Rheometer) the jacket is plumbed in series with (and before) the cooler. Model 107 Temperature Controller The Model 107 allows up to 10 test steps which include both a set temperature and hold time at that temperature. This permits measurement of viscosity-temperature data for any test sample in either a Griffin beaker or Brookfield accessory (Brookfield Small Sample Adapter, UL Adapter™, DIN adapter accessories, Wells-Brookfield Cone/Plate Viscometer/Rheometer). The Model 107 can be used with TC-200 and TC-500 only.
